she/her/hers is a suspended photographic-textile work composed of sublimation-printed fragments joined by a visible seam and hand-stitched to a translucent support. The work shifts between image, surface, and spatial construction: light passes through it, overlapping sections alter its density, and the viewer’s movement produces changing partial views. The title places the subject within language and relation rather than presenting identity as fixed or self-contained. The separate elements remain visibly distinct while becoming materially interdependent. Their connection does not erase difference or resolve the work into a unified whole. Through translucency, stitching, fragmentation, and suspension, the work considers how an image is formed through relations between material, light, space, and viewer. It proposes the photographic image not as a stable representation, but as a contingent presence that emerges through encounter.
